A cabinet of curiosities curated by Sacha Mendes in Goa, Sacha’s shop stocks a hodgepodge of beautiful clothing, accessories, skincare and homeware. What started as a small store of cushion covers by her mother, two racks of clothes by her friends, and a few jars of cookies made by a friendly neighbour, today houses an eclectic collection of fashion goodies from designers like Savio Jon, Tilla, Small Shop, 11:11, Maku, Naushad Ali, Runaway Bicycle, Pureearth to name a few.

A full time model, Carol Humtsoe, started a vintage store from the top floor of her home in Dimapur, Nagaland. With a keen eye for fashion pieces and a distinct sense of personal style, Carol sources a lot of collectables during her travels to Nepal, Dharamshala, Rishikesh, Delhi, Bombay, Bangkok, Nagaland and New York. Frequented by people in the fashion industry and college students alike, her store is essentially a place where she curates clothes, books, accessories, teas, cups and all the things she loves. An edit of Carol’s shop is now available at Alternative, a cafe and concept store in Goa.
