Halation Agency and Halation Health is one of the largest fashion, lifestyle, accessory, beauty and health wholesale agencies in Australia. Halation Agency born 2010 as a fashion agency, and now services thousands accounts across Australia and Internationally. Halation Health began in 2020, and quickly grew to be the home to over 60 brands and and an industry leading online ordering platform. Situated in the heart of the fashion and creative district of Rosebery, we are a tight knit team of 12. Halation Agency is built to help both brands and our people grow, while passionately serving our clients to best partner businesses and brands.
About the role
We are hiring for a passionate junior wholesale sales manager, to assist in the management of our beauty and lifestyle brands! You will work along side our sales managers to help assist in managing both brand and customer relationships, of existing and new targets. You will work closely with our team of 12 to identify new sales opportunities, grown exisiting relationships and close new targets.
- Entering and managing incoming orders for the beauty and wellness brands
- Strong emphasis on phone sales, where daily KPI’s of call targets and budgets are met
- Welcome clients into our beautiful 300sqm showroom, and assisting and offering in-person showings and meetings with fabulous presentation
- Meeting monthly budget expectations for our brands
- Cross selling all brands through out our agency, you are not just a sales manager for your brands, but our entire agency
- Weekly or fortnightly instore appointments (transportation to be negotiated)
- Great opportunity to travel through out Australia once or twice a monthly for state showings
- Assisting with any customer queries and doing so with a can-do attitude, we have a 24 hour response standard
- Identifying areas of growth for our business, brands and clients, and sharing these with the business directors
- Be a brand ambassador! Love and wear your brands
- Assisting in Instagram management of our @halationhealth Instagram page
- Stock management, and ensuring all brands are beautifully displayed in our showroom
- Utilising a CRM (Salesforce) to efficiently manage customers and targets
This role reports directly to our managing director, sales director and Halation Health director.

Skills and experience
We are willing to train the right person, wholesale experience not essential. We are looking for someone with a ‘get up and go’ attitude and a great problem solver. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, thrives under pressure and is goal oriented.
- We are looking for confidence to share ideas and be accountable for results, accountability is key
- Customer service experience essential, we need you to love working with people!
- You are assertive with your actions and your ideas. We want to hear from you where there is opportunity for our business, our brands, and our customers
- Be able to multitask and move quickly! Sales is fast-paced, and often times the most important task ahead of us changes. You will be able to pivot quickly.
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Word, Excel, and general computer experience is essential. Shopify, Sales Force, Quick Books, Woo Commerce or GMAIL training an advantage. Please include in your application any experience and in what context.
